GetFlightHelp charges a service fee for the time and work our concierge team puts into your request. The fee depends on the type of booking and how much work it takes. We always tell you the exact amount before we start, and nothing is charged without your approval.
Fee ranges

What decides the exact fee
- Complexity: a single date change takes less work than a multi-city itinerary or a group with several changes.
- The airline: some airlines' rules and systems take longer to work through than others.
- Urgency: same-day and last-minute requests that need immediate handling may sit higher in the range.
Group fees are quoted after we've talked through the group's size and what needs to change.
Our fee is separate from airline charges
Our service fee is in addition to anything the airline charges, such as fare differences, change fees, cancellation penalties or upgrade costs. Those amounts are set by the airline, not by us. We tell you both, separately, before you decide.
You never have to use our service. You can always contact your airline directly and make changes yourself without paying our fee.
How you pay
Once you approve the quote, the service fee is taken by card over the phone. You get a confirmation of what was charged and what was done.
Refunds
If we are not able to get your request done, we refund our service fee in full. Once your request has been completed as you approved it, the service fee is non-refundable. Airline refunds follow the airline's own rules. See our Refund Policy for details.
Changes to our fees
We may update our fee ranges from time to time. The fee that applies to you is the one we quote and you approve before we start work.
