1. About GetFlightHelp

We have no affiliation with Delta, United, American Airlines, Southwest, JetBlue, Alaska Airlines, Spirit, Frontier, or any other carrier. We are not affiliated with any airline and do not represent any airline in an official capacity. We do not issue, modify, cancel, or guarantee airline bookings. All ticket and reservation decisions rest entirely with the airline.


2. Services Provided

GetFlightHelp provides advisory and concierge services, including:

  • Guidance on airline policies regarding changes, cancellations, missed flights, and name corrections
  • Assistance contacting airlines and navigating their processes on your behalf
  • Information and education about traveler rights and airline procedures
  • General travel advice for urgent or time-sensitive situations

All final decisions about flight changes, refunds, rebooking, and related matters rest with the airline. GetFlightHelp facilitates and advises; it does not guarantee specific outcomes.


3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We provide advice, guidance, and assistance — not guaranteed results. Because all final decisions rest with the airline, GetFlightHelp makes no representation or warranty that using our Services will produce any specific outcome, including but not limited to:

  • Successful rebooking on a preferred flight
  • Waiver of airline fees or fare differences
  • Issuance of a refund, travel credit, or voucher
  • Approval of a name correction request
  • Any compensation from an airline under any policy or regulation

Airline policies change frequently and vary by carrier, fare class, booking channel, and individual circumstances. The information and guidance GetFlightHelp provides reflects our best understanding at the time of service but may not represent the most current airline rules. You should always verify directly with your airline before making any final decision.


4. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your booking and travel situation
  • Act promptly on any guidance we provide — delays reduce available options
  • Verify all flight changes, fees, cancellations, and confirmations directly with your airline before relying on them
  • Retain your own booking confirmations, receipts, and travel documentation
  • Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not provide false or misleading information to us or to any airline on your behalf

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information or guidance provided by GetFlightHelp. We strongly encourage you to treat our guidance as supplementary to — not a replacement for — direct communication with your airline.


5. Fees and Payment

GetFlightHelp may charge a service fee for concierge assistance. All service costs are clearly disclosed before you proceed, and we do not charge hidden fees. You will always know what you are paying and why before any charge is made.

Our fees cover the time and expertise of our concierge team. They are entirely separate from any airline fees, fare differences, seat upgrade costs, or other charges the airline may impose. GetFlightHelp has no control over and takes no responsibility for any costs charged by an airline.

Our service fees are non-refundable once a concierge session has commenced, except where required by applicable law. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us and we will review it promptly.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GetFlightHelp, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of revenue, profit, data, or business opportunity
  • Costs of replacement travel, accommodations, or services
  • Any airline decision, policy, or action — whether or not recommended by our team
  • Any damages arising from your reliance on information provided by GetFlightHelp

In no event shall GetFlightHelp's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Services exceed the amount you paid to GetFlightHelp for those Services in the preceding 30 days.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.


7. Disclaimer of Warranties
