Booking, changing, cancelling, or upgrading a JetBlue economy ticket — we manage the request on your behalf, then confirm with JetBlue Airways.
Most people find us mid-scramble — a flight got cancelled, a name’s misspelled, a connection’s too tight. Here’s the full range of what our team actually does for JetBlue economy travelers, not just the cancellation-day stuff.
Routing through JFK, Boston, or Fort Lauderdale, or comparing Blue against Blue Extra fares — we'll help you book it right.
JetBlue generally allows free changes on most fares beyond its cheapest Blue Basic — we'll confirm what applies to yours.
Booked within 24 hours? A refund is usually automatic. Past that on Blue Basic, we'll tell you plainly what converts to credit.
From Even More Space extra legroom to checking Mint premium cabin availability, we'll see what's realistically open on your flight.
JetBlue's loyalty program has some genuinely good redemption value — we'll walk through your options directly.
JetBlue's newer transatlantic routes from JFK and Boston to London come with their own booking quirks — we'll help you navigate them.

JetBlue centers its network on New York JFK, with major operations also out of Boston (BOS), Fort Lauderdale (FLL), and Orlando (MCO). It's not part of a global alliance, but its Mint premium cabin and newer transatlantic routes to London have shifted what JetBlue itineraries can look like — and those newer routes are where we see the most booking confusion, since they behave differently from JetBlue's traditional domestic network.
A classic transcon route, often flown with Mint.
One of JetBlue's newer transatlantic routes.
JetBlue's original transatlantic route.
A heavily flown East Coast connector.
A popular leisure route into Mexico.
Blue Basic is JetBlue's cheapest fare and comes with no free changes and last-group boarding; standard Blue restores flexibility and seat choice. If you're not sure which one's on your confirmation, send it over and we'll tell you directly.
JetBlue typically opens online check-in 24 hours before departure. Given how much of its network runs through Northeast weather-sensitive airports like JFK and Boston, winter disruptions are common — if that happens to you, call us and we'll check every rebooking option, not just the next JetBlue flight.
We're an independent concierge team, not JetBlue or an authorized JetBlue agent. In practice: someone who'll actually go through your itinerary with you, any hour, rather than a hold queue.
